Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. We prorate upgrades — you only pay the difference.
What counts as an API call?
Each call to promptx.getPrompt() counts as one API call. Cached responses (served from the SDK's in-memory cache) do not count. Version management operations (create, list, diff) are counted separately and have generous limits on all plans.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20%. Contact sales@promptx.xevos.dev for annual pricing on Pro and Enterprise plans.
What happens if I exceed my API call limit?
We don't cut off your service. You'll receive a notification at 80% and 100% usage. If you consistently exceed your limit, we'll reach out to discuss upgrading. We never want rate limits to break your production application.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You'll get a reminder before the trial ends.
